    GE Aviation, Human Resource Manager

    Jenny is the HR leader at GE Aviation Newmarket, which specialises in the manufacture of bespoke microelectronics for the Aviation sector. She has been in role since June 2011.Jenny was born in Hampshire and raised in Suffolk. She completed her Human Resource Management qualification through Deakin University, Australia.Having worked in corporate and SME businesses within the construction, estate agency, banking, engineering and manufacturing industries and from a vocational training route herself she has a real passion in fostering young talent to reach their potential by supporting the development of core business skills and recognising their strengths to encourage them to achieve their goals of becoming future business leaders. Jenny has a strong track record of Graduate, Apprentice and more recently Intern recruitment and programme development.In her current role she is a member of the National Apprentice Ambassadors Network for her region and has represented them on a National level at Parliament.Jenny is a keen traveller, a lover of the countryside life and enjoys spending time with her family especially her two children Erin, 7 and Tomas, 4.
